One of our outdoor garbage cans blew away in the recent California gale-force windstorms. We are now down to one can. This is especially irksome, because the downstairs neighbors moved out in a hurry this week and left bags and bags of their trash in the driveway. I now have to go to the nearest non-Home Creepo hardware store and try to haul a new trash can back on the bus. Not-so-quietly seething at the very thought.
