I lost my Blackberry. I was frazzled leaving for a meeting, and I'm pretty sure I left it on top of my car and drove off. Yes, I'm a dipshit.
I called Verizon, and the woman gave me a great deal and said my new BB would arrive via Fed Ex today. I sat around all day, then finally called them. I was told the manager didn't approve it. HUH? It would have been nice if someone had let me know this instead of sitting around all day with my thumb up my ass.
Now it's supposed to be delivered tomorrow. The customer service rep was nice enough to waive the $19.99 Saturday deliver charge. Gee thanks, because it was supposed to be here today. I can't even go to the store to get it...they didn't approve that because it was lost.
