A few weeks ago I packed and moved my office to our new location. Then I helped moved my sister to a new house. Not even a twinge of back pain. But this morning, while bending over to put on my underwear, I experienced a back spasm so severe that I fell on my bed, writhing in pain. I am home icing my back. Lamest way to hurt your back EVER.
