On the one hand, it is my fault for not making sure you understood every single detail of the requirements before you started work on them. On the other hand, it is your fault for not reading them and asking me questions about them instead of making assumptions. Apparently, I should have held your hand and walked you through them, tucking you in at night, and reading them to you like a bedtime story.
