I made a Face Book account, but I never use it. I just did it so my sisters would stop saying, "You really need to get on Face Book. It's great."
Over Thanksgiving I went back to my home town and ran into several people I had not seen in a long time. When I tried to exchange phone numbers and e-mail addresses, each of them said, "Oh, I'll just find you on Face Book." Thanks for the thought, but I don't swing that way. I spend the whole work day sitting in front of a lap top, so I don't like to spend a lot of time surfing the web when I am on my own time.
Then again, maybe nobody wants to get in contact with me and that was the heave-ho, but I was too dumb to notice.

What is this Face Book you refer to?

Some times I think compound words look better with a space.

I steadfastly refuse to do Facebook or Face Book. Like I don't waste enough time on-line as it is.

Same here Alpha Mom. I am sure it's handy and fun but I am trying to limit my time on the computer, and trying to return to reading some books.

Oh, I thought Facebook counted as a book since it has the word "book" in it. But your modern ways frighten and confuse me!
