Dear McAffee,
Why do I pay you a bajillion dollars each year to renew my subscriptions to your services when you neither prevented PC Security 09 from downloading nor were you able to remove it when I ran both the quick scan and the indepth scan. Seriously. I just had to pay an additional $40 to another company (pctools.com) to get the damn program removed. See if I renew anything next year you jackasses.
