I found an announcement of auditions for a local vocal ensemble and seriously thought about trying out; then I remembered why I resigned from the Symphony Chorus. Rehearsals seriously BITE. Especially rehearsals for all the old classical warhorses I've been singing for 20 years and have memorized.
