I'm 5'2" tall. I know I'm classified as "short" but I never really realized how short until I was using the credit card machine at Verizon the other day. I had to stand on my tippy-toes just to see the screen to complete my transaction.
Also, some restaurants choose to put their motion-activated paper towel dispensers above my head, causing me to have water stream down my arms while frantically trying to wave my hands in front of the very slow motion sensor.
It's hard being short.
