Caffeine-free sucks

I'm having surgery (gastric bypass) next Monday and while I am thrilled that it is actually happening and all that, I am bitter and angry and headache-y because I have to wean myself off caffeine.  No more caffeine for a long long time.  Decaf isn't cutting it.

Being pregnant, I have had to cut way back to one single cup a day. I feel your pain. Hang in there, I can tell you it gets better...slowly.

Wish you all the best with your surgery and a quick recovery. Hopefully the caffeine issue is past by now.

Good luck! Hoping for the best for you.

2009 Will probably be the year for me and the bypass, too.

So I'm LTTG, but I suggest having an apple in the morning. It won't replace the deliciousness of your coffee, but apples actually are more effective at waking up the average person than caffiene is. So have an apple with your decaf. Unless you hate apples.
