I have tried to love Zipcar post Flexcar/Zipcar merger. I do not.
I hate they are punitive instead of collaborative.
I hate that they name their cars stupid cutsey names that I can never remember.
I hate their web interface.
I hate that the cars I want are always in use.
I hate that I still have a special login screen instead of being mainstreamed with all the cool Zipcar kids.
I hate that my rate plan went away.
I hate that now I'm billed immediately after using the car instead of getting a bill once a month.
I hate that they are more expensive.
And mostly I hate that they are the only game in town so I don't have a choice short of buying my own damn car.
