It is almost summer time, which means an exponential increase in the number of commute-related peeves from me. My commute is almost entirely on Pacific Coast Highway, which becomes clogged with out-of-state vacationers about five minutes after the bell rings on the last day of school and it doesn't let up until Labor Day.
In honor of my misery, I am going to give you prizes! That makes sense, right?
