Bilingual

Am I speaking another language?  'Cause I'm sure when the words come out of my mouth they are in English.  Yet when I ask for things to be done or followed up on or deadlines given, it appears this never occurs and I place yet another dent in my head as it meets the brick wall.  So somehow in the airwaves when my voice utters words, something is getting changed.  That's the only possible explanation, right?
