After blowing off my sketchy mortgage broker in January, I decided to pursue re-financing my place. Ditech's commercials caught my eye, so I visited them on www.ditech.com, where their home page advertised great rates. I filled out a really quick and easy application on www.ditech.com and was contacted the same day by a rep from Ditech. Once I gave a little more info, the Ditech rep sent me a couple options via email, along with some forms so I could easily complete my refinance with Ditech.
The only catch is that the fees alone on the first of the Ditech offer would take me literally 12 yrs to recoup. The second option would only require 30 yrs to recoup.
Does anyone actually fall for that?
