I haven't even disabled Crunchy Blue Commando's login after his recent defection (not "defecation") from the Peevery and already I am wondering how to replace him. Clearly, from the title of this post, I am thinking I will simply hold a round of our usual auditions. I don't think we have done this since last summer.
Last time, I asked for all interested parties to submit three Peevery-style peeves to me. I posted them on the site and solicited feedback. From those entries, I chose three candidates, each of whom posted as a guest on the site for a month. We then voted on who got to stay. That is how we got Melissa and Crunchy. Did someone else come in at that time? Blaugra? I can't remember who.
In previous auditions, I think ran them over a month and had a new, diabolical task for the auditioners to complete each week, culminating in a Peevery scavenger hunt, which was usually a long quiz, the answers to which could be found in the Peevery archives.
Anyway, now I am not sure what to do. Please, help me out.
